GacoFlex U92 is a single-component, aliphatic urethane top coat designed as the finish layer for the Gaco U9 Series Urethane Roof System. Applied over the U91 base coat, U92 delivers superior UV protection through aliphatic polyurethane chemistry, providing outstanding colour retention, dirt pickup resistance, and high reflectivity. Excellent puncture, chemical, and abrasion resistance makes it ideal for high-traffic commercial roofs. Can be brush-applied, rolled, or sprayed. Low VOC formulation. Available in white. 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. UL rated, FM certified, CRRC listed. Up to 20-year warranty when installed by licensed applicators.
