Reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® microfibres, each system delivers strength far beyond typical epoxy coatings — reducing cracking, increasing abrasion resistance, and providing long-lasting slip protection.

Available in fast-cure and low-temperature variants, these systems are designed to keep downtime to a minimum while maximising operational lifespan.
GacoFloor™ is a family of two-component epoxy systems that create a seamless, non-porous, slip-resistant floor. The coatings can be installed with or without broadcast aggregate to achieve the required slip resistance (R11–R13), with options for UV resistance, cold-temperature cure and rapid installation.
GacoFloor is available to purchase directly from Duratite — or, for a turnkey solution including specification, supply and installation, our experienced approved applicators know what it takes to deliver compliant results. With fast curing, your floor is back in use within a short period with no more risks of slips, trips or falls.

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of debris. Repair cracks and remove existing coatings if necessary.
Use an appropriate primer to ensure optimal adhesion. Check product datasheets for compatibility.
Roll or spray the first layer of GacoFloor anti-slip coating evenly across the surface.
For additional slip resistance, apply aggregate or anti-slip granules while the first coat is still wet.
Once the first layer is dry, apply a second coat for a durable and even finish.
Allow the coating to cure fully before subjecting it to traffic or use. Refer to the product instructions for specific curing times.
